I met at first with the sales manger. One on one questions reguarding prior positions, why I left and why I am interested in this position. How would I handle certain situations. After all the questions I was asked questions by the Vice President of Sales.

Very thorough interview process. Every question I had was answered in depth. I felt heard by the person interviewing me and all questions asked of me were fair. Overall a seamless process.
It was a very straightforward interview that consisted of two phone calls and a background check. It seems like they are hiring almost everyone who applied. My training class was about 4 people. I am sure that debt settlement would be even easier than mine was.
