Had two interviews back to back with recent graduates. One was from a group that I was targeting, and the other was from a completely different group. Interviewers didn't appear to have a standard list of questions, so there was quite a bit of variability in how interviews were conducted, based on comments from other candidates afterwards .

Interview
Got a Hirevue invitation on the following day submitted online application. Have to answer 4 questions but you get 2 recording for each question. A following phone interview with an associate after a couple of days.
