I sat for the process which came to my college for my MBA summer internship. I reached till the final round but got rejected in the last round. 1. Resume Shortlisting 2. GD 3. Technical Interview 4. HR Interview

It was relatively okay, but I think what they were looking for was someone who was a bit more confident with how they answered and really aligned their answers with the values of JP Morgan. It's also a factor that you know if your interviewer is a bit strict or more on the vibey side. Unfortunately, my interviewer was a bit stern and it felt more professional than actually trying to vibe check the applicant.
