I was contacted by an HR person to setup an interview time. Then met with team member, hiring manager and a VP for the dept. The interview was quite long, a barrage of technical questions, some very tricky ones.

Didnt make it to the second round although i though i did pretty good in the first round. Think you definately need a referal from someoen to make it to the second round
