Interview
It was simple. 3 part interview. First met with the assistant branch manager, after that had an interview with the District Manager then Went to Corporate and had to do a drug test and fingerprints. As of right now Chase is BIG on customer satisfaction. They want the customers to feel at home.

The interviewer asks a bunch of situational questions that try to test your critical thinking skills, but it's a challenge especially if you don't have much on the job experience.

Tell me about a time when... you had a difficult customer service experience
Straightforward. Calm. Very congenial. Nice people smart and honest. Would definitely consider working here given the caliber of talent. Quantitative questions werent too difficult. Just some math like addition subtraction multiplication division and quadratic equations.

Interview
It was over the phone. They have you chose a time to set your interview and then you wait for your scheduled time and they will call you. It's a pretty quick interview lasted maybe 20 minutes.
