Pretty quick, works better if you are referred by a friend. If you apply online it would make a good impression if you showed up to a branch and introduced yourself. It is really easy to speak with a manager.

I didn't personally get this question, but it was "Take this pen and sell it to me. Tell me why I have to have this pen."
easy asked alot of behavior questions. had meeting with both branch manager and director or the market. Asked questions of past experience and what they would require from new experience.

very easy and vey organized. ask you a few simple questions, and more about yourself and your past experience. they will ask you what do you do to prepare yourself for a day at work.

Interview
One phone call prescreening and then one in person interview at the branch. In person was with just the branch manager, not a group of hiring mangers. Very relaxed conversation, nothing too in depth.
