Applied through my school career center. Received an on-campus interview 2 weeks later. 2 back to back 30 minute interviews. Never got a response back from them. Spoke with them 2 months later and said I should have heard yes or no. Still nothing.

It was a process with 2 rounds, the first one being technical and the second HR. The technical round was based solely on your resume and the information you provided.

Initial HR screening involves going over resume and checking Japanese level. They stop the interview if your Japanese level is not strong. They did not ask any technical questions during the HR interview.

Interview
Hirevue, and then a superday. Hirevue was pretty basic (TMAY, conflict, teamwork), superday asked about situational questions (your manager did this, how would you respond). Mainly behavioral not really any technical questions.
