I found their job position on-line. I also had a contact on the inside who helped to move the process along. I had two phone screens. The first phone screen was with the hiring manager and then the second was with someone who was already doing a similar job. Once I passed that I had a full day interview with Human Resources, the hiring manager, and several other individuals with different roles within the organization. They took me out to lunch. The questions were reasonable, and in some cases the interview took on a more casual approach. Overall a very good experience.
