Standard 30 minutes HR Phone screen first and then was asked to come in for a 2 hour, 2 people on-site interview. After waiting a week and was told that they went with another candidate, while the interview itself, I thought, went well. Funny thing was there was never a job posting. HR directly contacted me over LinkedIn. My bad should've asked this is in beginning. Wonder if they did not have proper budget for a Senior role.
