Pretty self explanatory, they were really interested in how I chose to lead in different situations in school and throughout extra curriculars. Be prepared to talk about how you overcame team issues and how you lead the team to a solution.

The first two interviews were behavioral to make sure that the candidates were a good fit for the position. It and were very relaxed and easygoing. I got a call saying I was selected out of 8 individuals to compete in the final round. It took place with four people and they asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions. I never heard back from them again even after following up with them several times through Linkedin and email. I had to find out through other people posting about accepting their offer on Linkedin that I didn't get the offer. I thought It was very disrespectful but appreciate how swift they were about getting me through the whole process.
