Open Interview in the company cafeteria. Hundreds of candidates coming. The process is rather smooth. HR done a good job in handling the sessions. But of course need to wait due to many people.

Recruiter is very fast to screen their applications. Applied online and then one week later I get an interview to up for interview through email.
Only one round of interview with Quality Managers. Some questions are in STAR format about quality situation.
Shifts in Florence is 6-6, sounds like they have problem with turnover.

Did a phone screening with a recruiter followed by another phone interview with a manager. Lastly completed an onsite interview with another manager and other engineers I would be working with.

Interview
I came into the interview nervous but left feeling extremely happy. The manager was wonderful, we had a nice chat and got along. Really nice and bubbly personality. I would recommend working for this company.
