Jacobs Graduate Asset Engineer interview questions

Applied online, fairly short and reasonable application. Got a call to ask to come in for an Assessment Centre just a couple of days before the assessment centre. The interview consisted of two stages. First stage was with HR. You were in a group with other graduates who were interviewing for different grad positions therefore they were not your competition as such. There was a presentation and information given about the company followed by a group task. The task was a scenario where you notice a crack in a turbine and have to choose the most appropriate of the three given solutions. Fairly simple and obvious therefore I imagine they were looking for a unique way of thinking/presenting. I found the interviewers to be very positive, supporting and encouraging. Second stage was a mainly competency based interview with the team you will be working with followed by a couple of technical questions. Difficult to show your technical experience or expertise with competency based so I felt the need to add more at the end of the interview about myself.
