The process was as follows: online application, followed but and online assessment which was the industry standard. Next was the virtual interview with 3 questions and unlimited retakes. The questions were standard behavioural type questions, e.g what motivates you.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs (Glasgow, Scotland)
Interview
Friendly atmosphere, the two interviewers were chatty and easy to get along with. Took two weeks to get back to me though, thought this could of been shorter. I asked for feedback and was provided with a very useful amount.
