Interview
Started with an interview via WebEx, which is primarily a background/behavioral interview. Easy going and questions weren’t technical what so ever. Second interview was in person where I met with 4 separate people. The first with HR and other three with project managers/directors. No technical questions primarily background and the usual suspects (eg what was the most challenging thing at your last project?). One question caught me a little off guard; from a director who asked me to teach them something new.

Interview
Initial zoom interview, then invited for an on site interview. Met with HR, followed by a site tour consisting of 3 interviews with heads or leads of different departments. Honestly very conversational and pleasant. Diving into past projects, experience, and a few technical questions.
