It was your typical interview, asked basic questions employers would like to know. The interview wasn't too long nor was it complicated. The overall process was smooth and easy to navigate.
Shortly after filling out the application, I was invited to complete a written assessment: 250~ words for an easy topic to research. It wasn't as demanding as what prior applicants have reported, so it looks like they've tailored their process per feedback.
A couple days later, I was rejected. It was quick, which I appreciated. Other places tend to require longer assessments and ghost.
