Interview
One of the weirdest interview processes I've ever had in my 32 years of life. I was told by email: "I'd love to schedule a time to meet with you to tell you more about the opportunity and learn about your past experiences over a quick Google Meeting." I assumed this was more of a meet and greet to learn about the company. I was never told this was the first interview or I would have prepared better. I learned very little about the company and the job position besides the questions that I asked. Very strange way to interview, glad they did not move forward with me.

Interview
I wish I had came to glass door and checked out the reviews section for Interviews as someone called this out as well. I was told I would meet with someone to discuss the opportunity, Jerry itself and go over my resume. It did not sound like any type of interview. However what ACTUALLY happened is we spent 15 minutes going over the timeline of my educational background (which feels like a time waster), very little time to review my actual work history, and instead of actually telling me about the role or company, I was grilled on what *I* thought the role was, and was also asked what was basically interview questions. So this basically was an interview to which I was not prepared for based on the fact jr was supposed to be a “quick chat” to learn about the position. I get an email days later saying they’ve moved on with other candidates. I saw someone else had a similar experience, and that should tell Jerry something. Transparency is important and if you’re going to use that first call as an interview, just call it that. Disappointed in what seemed to be a forward thinking business. I’ll gladly work elsewhere.
