I applied online. I interviewed at Jerry in Apr 2022
Interview
Did the first screening/interview, decided not to continue after learning compensation.
Compensation is not competitive (less than 50k in San Francisco) and MUCH lower than other companies.
Interviewer asked a lot about college GPA and activities, grades in specific classes.
Interview process would be more than 5 rounds as well, not worth it for a very low paying entry level job.
I first took an iQ test and then had 3 rounds of video interviews, with leaders of different teams within the company. My final interview was with one of the founders

Interview
Team moves fast! Disappointed didn't get an offer but really enjoyed recruiting process, haven't had someone follow up as quickly and as much as the recruiter I first spoke to at Jerry did. She was a recent new grad, and was transparent about her experience so far and answered all my questions, and gave a lot of details that were really helpful. Appreciated because job posting was not too specific. Went through typical interview, talking about my background. Got sent to second stage interview really quickly, and recruiter was super helpful in setting me up and wished me luck.
