I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Jerry
Interview
First interview was questions based on my responses. Not typical interview questions. The position was for a recruiter and I was being asked more about my hobbies. There was an AI in the meeting tracking my responses. Not sure if it’s a factor in making a decision as well. Was told there would be 3 more interviews before making a decision. Then received email stating they were no longer moving forward.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
What’s something you are passionate about? And what challenges have you overcome for it?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Jerry (New York, NY) in Sep 2025
Interview
First round was a conversational interview with the recruiter. Then they gave me a take home assignment that involved sourcing candidates for a specific job description. Once my assignment was reviewed, I got scheduled for the final round where I met with the hiring manager.

Question 1
Where do you go/what methods do you use to source candidates?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Jerry
Interview
met with a tenured recruiter on the team for the initial screen and she was a pleasure to chat with. the next step would've been a case study but i ultimately withdrew from the process because of the timeline of my other interviews
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
typical initial interview questions around career journey, what i'm looking for, typical req load and responsibilities, etc.
Recruiter/sourcer reached out. Scheduled video interview. Went over my background. Was very rushed but understand the time constraint. Interviewer was kind but hard to get a feel for the culture as it felt a little scripted.
