Jet Aviation Purchaser interview questions

The process was much longer than it was necessary. First, HR screening then two online interview rounds with usual, old-fashioned questions. Third round on-site, what felt more like an interrogation rather than a discussion. After this they came back with follow-up questions that I already answered during the previous rounds.. then they invited again for another, “final” round after which they disappeared. I followed up, then a week later they told me that the scope and requirements of the position have changed, but it just felt like a poor excuse. Overall very disappointing experience, unprofessional hiring team, waste of time and efforts.
