Jet Human Resources Business Partner interview questions

Went through various screening process just to be told by someone with a superiority complex that i am not qualified for the position. If i was not qualified why did i even make it through the first rounds of interviews? They claim that Transparency is the key to their success but i am seeing them use it as an excuse to treat people without respect. For the position i interviewed for there arent that many people applying. I don't feel i was treated with dignity and can expect others to be treated worse.
