Interview
Had three sections: a UX section, a case study, and then a bunch of behavioral/fit questions one after another. Had a really bizarre experience. One of my interviewers was tough, but definitely fair and constructive. One of my interviewers was extremely nice and approachable, and we had a very fun and enjoyable conversation. Meanwhile, my last interviewer was easily the worst interview I have ever had in my life. He interrupted me constantly, often with condescending or rude put-downs right from the beginning. After I left the interview, one of the employees went up to me and asked if I had "survived the (name redacted) treatment," which is such an incredibly bizarre and unprofessional way of approaching an interview. It's not frat hazing, just treat people interviewing with respect. Obviously, I wasn't surprised I didn't get an offer. It was a shame because it looks like a really enjoyable and fun place to work.

Question 1
Asked me to do a mock negotiation while interrupting me the whole time. Nice!
Initial phone screen followed by in person interview. The in person portion was three rounds of different types of questions. Mostly typical interview questions and one more creative portion where you redesigned a webpage.
I found it to be positive and helpful. I learned a lot about the role and the culture. There were multiple rounds and I got to meet with several managers. I would recommend the role/interview process to my peers.
Seamless but challenging. The questions are geared to make you think critically while the answers are not necessarily the end goal. The more research you do the better. Good people
