Jet Software Developer interview questions

Applied through my university. First, I had an on campus interview with an engineer. He was extremely friendly and we had a good chat, including on technical question. I didn't have to write code, just talk my way through the problem, which was not overly difficult. From there, I talked to a recruiter on the phone and finally went to Hoboken for an onsite. There, I had four interviews with engineers. Three were whiteboard coding questions and the final more focused on design.

I applied through their career website, and got an invitation for a video interview in a week. Then I was brought onsite for a 4-round interview. I got my offer three days after. One of the best interview processes I've ever had. The interview questions were definitely more interesting, compared with the dry algorithm questions companies like Amazon ask. I felt like I had more freedom to talk about what I'm good at and what I want to do. My recruiter was very understanding and helpful. I had another offer with a tight deadline, and he made the process super smooth!
