Question 1
When you had a lot of work, how did you deal with it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue (Long Island City, NY) in Jun 2022
Interview
A recruiter reached out on Linkedin, and I had an initial call. I had 3 rounds of interviews with different managers. The whole process took 1 month. Long interview process, some interviewers didn't have camera on, showed up late. I received a generic rejection almost 3 weeks after the final interview. What is surprising is that the job posting is still up to this day; I am not sure if they are really trying to fill the position.

Mainly about your previous experience on a project
I applied online. I interviewed at JetBlue (New York, NY)
Interview
Team and manager were pleasant to talk to. However, they completely ghosted me after the final round (I think it's called breadcrumbing in recruiter lingo). Incredibly unprofessional for a "people-centric" airline.
