I only did the telephone recorded questions, you click on the email they send you and answer several easy questions and submit those and then they give you your five questions to record the answers once you press the call button. So you have time to review and answer the questions on paper so you will know what you want to say when you put in your phone number for the call back. You will be able to record, review, delete and record until you are satisfied.
