I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue (Salt Lake City, UT) in Mar 2013
Interview
Once you fill out an on-line application you sit tight and wait for jetBlue to contact you. They will contact by phone and ask you a few questions. Then, if they think you'll do they set you up for a group meeting to watch a video about jetBlue and to take a drug test and a typing test. Then they take you one at a time and you meet with a couple of people for the interview and they'll ask you about your current job and job history a bit. Then you'll have to answer question that show off your deductive and reasoning skills. "Tell us about an experience you had where you turned a negative into a positive" "What would you say to a difficult customer?" They really want to know if you can handle dealing with selfish entitled people who tend to be callers. Oh, and if you can "promote" something, than all the better as they require you to mention their jetBlue American Express card with every call.

Question 1
What is something you've done in a job to promote the business?
Phone questions and in-person interview. Most questions are about previous customer service jobs. If offered, it is followed by an approximate 3 weeks in center training and 90 day commitment.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2021
Interview
The company starts with an orientation informing you about the job description and the pay. The payment isn’t much and the benefits are okay. Whoever is still there is likely hired.

Question 1
Could you tell me why you think you would be a great fit for company?
It was an okay interview. First there's a virtual presentation about the company, work/ life balance the and pay. Then shortly after your scheduled group interview. Dress professionally and make sure you have a Microsoft teams account up and ready to go.
