I applied online and a week later was asked to take a Personality Test. A couple of days later I was asked to do an online interview. A few days after that I was asked to come to a BlueReview Interview. I am going on the 20th of April and am very excited! I checked that I did not get an offer because I haven't made it past the BlueRevies yet, but I'm expecting to!

Name a time when you had to handle a stressful situation at work?
It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.

We had to plan a 3 day layover in Mexico including food, entertainment and sites to see. Watching us work as a team.

Interview
Large group interview, I fell off the bus in a slim skirt going from LGA to JFK and was late. They welcomed me and the energy in the room position and empowering.
