A virtual interview , phone interview, face to face group interview then a one on one interview. Focus on customer service remember to interact with people from the time you walk into the interview room they watch to see if your a people person and remember to smile. Don't be shy

It was a very straight forward process. I was beyond elated that they gave you a chance before the actual HireVue interview to practice your answers before the finale meeting. Be prepared, Be yourself and Good Luck
