I arrive to my interview destination at 7: 45 am, my interview wasn't scheduled until 8: 30 there was about 60 of us or less. The blue review begin with an introduction to the company it was a little over an hour long they went over benefits training company of attire uniforms luggage etc etc. After that we all took about a 15-minute break. Once we returned they split everybody up into groups of 5 to 6 people. There were about 10 groups and they split us up into two 1/2 stated to the group project and the other half went to another room to finish up fingerprinting PA announcement and reach test. During the group project you will have 25 minutes to complete the assignment. You will have a drawing of an airplane and each individual team member is going to have a section that they're responsible for you will have to work in teams in order to get every test done in time, make sure that you are working together in your teams in order to get this done throughout the 25 minutes there will be two announcements of unexpected tasks that you have to do make sure that you guys are listening you will also get three passes that you can use make sure that you use them wisely there will be tasks such as move a passenger to another seat this one passenger is upset you have to do announcements at this time you have to pass out food at certain time etc etc. at the end of the 25 minutes they will collect these assignments keep in mind that they're watching you at all times how you're communicating with your team and whether or not you guys are able to complete this task. After the task is completed you will take a short 15-minute break make sure you take water and a snack. once you come back from your 15 minute break then you will be taken back for debriefing which is basically your first face-to-face interview little ask you a couple of questions in regards to customer service and why you want to work for JetBlue. On the second part you will be interviewed by another individual who works for human resources and recruiting this individual (sometimes it's 2) is going to ask you 3 behavioral scenario questions. After that you will be let go my interview was in Carolina, Puerto Rico. From what I heard nobody received a cjo that day. I kept in touch with a couple of my classmates and a lot of them received their thanks but no thanks the next day. Today a week after my interview I received my conditional job offer!!! Good luck, this has been the funniest interview I've ever been to the recruiters and in flight crew members are amazing they give you plenty of time so you don't feel like you were short-changed, I hope this helps!!
