One of the worst interviewing experiences I have ever had. The recruiter for this role was horrible. The recruiter reached out via email and asked to schedule a phone interview within two days. I replied within the hour with my availability. The recruiter did not reply back for a week. I checked-in multiple times, and finally, the recruiter responded and asked for my availability over the next couple of days. I once again provided my availability. The recruiter does not reply for days, and for a third time asked for my availability after a week. At this point, I just told her to call me and hopefully I would pick up the phone. We finally were able to connect, and we scheduled an in-person interview.
I went into JetBlue's office. The staff was rude and hardly helpful. I had my interviews, and they were okay. Both interviewers were rather awkward and clearly did not have experience interviewing. Afterwards, the recruiter wanted to schedule a time to interview me once again, as she was supposed to ask me questions the first time, that she forgot to ask. The same thing happened again where I consistently reached out to her to schedule a time to talk, without response. I finally got a hold of her, and the conversation went poorly. She was so rude and curt. She would cut me off midway through a sentence. She was unapologetic for constantly flaking. Overall, horrible experience. Don't work here.
