I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue (Salt Lake City, UT) in Aug 2018
Interview
If I remember correctly it was:
1. Submit online application.
2. Complete online questionnaire and assessment.
3. If passed, automated phone interview of 3-4 questions.
4. Invited for a group interview.
5. Background check.
6. Hired.
This was all about a month's process. The lengthiest, most difficult process was the background check. They required 10 years of employment history, and as a young person, I've worked at so many different retail, fast-food, random places. It was very difficult to obtain W2 information for all of these. But after that fiasco, it was a quick drug test and then it was passed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They always ask for specific examples in any of their questions. For example, one question in the group interview was, "Explain a time at a previous job where you had a difficult circumstance, how you responded and what was the result?"
Phone questions and in-person interview. Most questions are about previous customer service jobs. If offered, it is followed by an approximate 3 weeks in center training and 90 day commitment.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2021
Interview
The company starts with an orientation informing you about the job description and the pay. The payment isn’t much and the benefits are okay. Whoever is still there is likely hired.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Could you tell me why you think you would be a great fit for company?
It was an okay interview. First there's a virtual presentation about the company, work/ life balance the and pay. Then shortly after your scheduled group interview. Dress professionally and make sure you have a Microsoft teams account up and ready to go.
