The first interview was online asking 5 questions and playing 3 games. There was no one on the other end it was just audio. Then I got an invitation for a 45 min in person interview.

Question 1
A scenario about a previous conflict and how I handled it.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JetBlue
Interview
Video interview with a bot, which seemed sort of strange, but it was nice to not have people staring at you to answer. If you pass this interview, you continue to a live interview with other people where you're asked standard interview questions. After that, waiting for fingerprints, drug and alcohol screening, and the background check. Once you get the invite for fingerprint and drug and alcohol, those are done really quickly. The background check takes a while. BE PATIENT. Once that's wrapped up, you may need to submit additional documents to JetBlue for them to verify. Then you get a job offer. This took a while but when I started it was so exciting!

I applied online. I interviewed at JetBlue (Philadelphia, PA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Fairly easy, many questions about customer service and teamwork. It was a test, virtual interview, in person interview, drug test, then they sent the offer.
Be aware that you may end up staying late if a flight is delayed. They share all of this information with you upfront.

AMAZING! They really care and the process is super easy. It is not short and the wait time is long but very rewarding. Jet Blue is an amazing company and they care about their employees.
