      Orlando, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Sep 2015

      Interview

I went to the Bluereview today. It was fun and I wasn't as nervous as I thought I would be, for the reason of them making you feel welcomed and understanding of your nervousness. However don't get that comfort confused for slacking off. You have to put your game face on throughout the whole day. They introduce themselves, then ask for everyone to come to the front to introduce themselves. This is a great opportunity for YOUR introduction, take advantage. Your name, why you chose Jetblue ( not because you love people and love to travel, be creative) is what was asked of us. Be confident, creative, and SMILE. You see and get explained a power point. Take a break. Play a game of building a tower with note cards (however they are changing this game method in the next couple weeks) You will be watched while you do this group assignment and they will grade you. It was fun! Lunch break, then started interviews. 1 table of 2 people will go over your resume with you (bring appealing resumes and organized!) then another table of 2 will ask you questions. Could be situation questions that have happened in your work experience. It was all a piece of cake! SMILE!!!! be confident. Everything will be okay. Do your research on Jetblue. and create your WHY for jetblue. Because I did the Blue review today I havent been notified. I hope I get it. Best of luck, best wishes, and SMILE!!!!!!!

All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2025

      Interview

I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th. I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are. No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now. After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Name a situation you encountered where you had to make a difficult decision you didn't want to and how you handled it? Name a time where you were under a tremendous amount of stress, what happened, and how you handled it?
