JetBlue In-Flight Flight Attendant interview questions

We were brought into a room where we watched a film about the airline. We then were broken into groups of 3 and had to "get to know each other." We then had to go up to the front of the room to talk about one of the people in our group. There were about 25 JetBlue employees, listening and we are giving basically an autobiography of someone in our group. They were friendly as were most in the group hoping to advance to the next level. I have been a FA for another major airline and these group interviews were not foreign.

It is a long day, I think that is part of the interview they want to see how you react to waiting around. You will be with a very friendly staff as well as people who very friendly or they would not be applying for this job. Be sure to mingle with everyone. First you will stand in front of the room and say why you chose JB, why you would like to be a FA and a fun fact about yourself. Second is your PA test easy one on one and you read from a four or five line script. Two sets of interviews two people at each station. All customer service questions. Be prepared. I was not unfortunately and missed out on the job for that reason. I wont give up and will reapply in six months, I hope they are still hiring. GOOD LUCK!
