they just have you get a food handler certificate and that's basically it, it's low level job so not much stuff generally speaking not much just general are you a criminal type of stuff any cashier experience etc. etc. etc.
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
