I went in, took a drink of my FREE ice water :) and was offered a job. I think Jimmy John's is always urgently hiring therefore I was able to snag the job quick and go to work in a couple of days after the day of the interview. Onboard training was easy - just a couple of videos, quiz checks, and a final exam, which all of these test formats can be taken unlimited amount of time. Manager is chill and was very positive!

You receive a call from the District Manager or General Manager of the location you are trying to work for. You set up a meeting time and go through interview questions. After, they call you back if you got the job.
