Very easy interview process. I already had a few friends refer me, and the manager told me that since they vouched for me I was already in. I've seen a lot of high schoolers get in after a brief 15 minute interview as well. It is not intensive and very laid back. Nice to talk to in my store.

What kind of hours are you looking for?
Have you ever worked in food service before (regarding regulations)?
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
