Interview
Walked in and asked for a job application. Handed it back the next day. Got a call about a week later. Came in for an interview. I sat down with the hiring manager and was asked when I could start and when I could be scheduled. Proceeded to go through some mandatory paperwork.
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
