I saw the hiring ad on Craigslist. I emailed the general manager, and she called me the next day for an interview that day. She told me I could start as soon as I memorized the menu.it took me a couple weeks, after I took the menu test I came in a week later to fill out paperwork and started the next day.
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Interview
Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
