Interview
Had a very short and to-the-point interview when I dropped my application off. The hardest part is the sandwich test. You are basically guaranteed a job if you memorize the whole menu. They give you a blank sheet of printer paper and you have to write out the entire menu. Not hard if you study, and it really helps you train quicker.
They ask you to memorize the sandwiches and the ingredients in them. They make you come back and write the list and ingredients out. You are also asked standard interview questions.

Had me memorize sandwich list and rewrite it on a sheet of binder paper. I had to write each and every single one of the ingredients in each and every single one of the sandwiches that they offered on their menu. I had to do this perfectly.
