This company uses a version of the Kronos prescreening testing. It's the usual 100+ odd questions used to determine honesty, work ethics etc... I passed and was asked to come in for a formal interview. I was not asked any questions. The hiring manager took the time to talk about her expectations, the problems she was having with current employees and then made false claims about the commission structure and pay scale. The background check took an additional three weeks ans I was offered a position which I accepted. After my non commission training period, I discovered that the commission structure was nothing like what I had been told in the interview. Additionally, I was tasked with a great deal of operational duties that insured I did not have the time to makes sales and meet my draw.
The people at the company are generally pleasant and fun to work with, but the culture is one of fear and intimidation. It's a very successful company that makes much of its profit from poorly compensating it's employees and keeping order through the constant threat of dismissal.
