Interview
I conducted a phone interview, then attended the Thurgood Marshall College Fund Leadership Institute in Washington DC for an in person interview. The interview took place in a room where other student were being interviewed. I have to go to HQ for a second interview.
Sencillo y rapido. Pero tarda mucho en dar respuesta, si realmete te interesa el puesto manda mensaje eso demostrara interes en el puesto. Claro que si ten interesa ver más opciones no me cerraría a la posibilidad de buscar algun otra.

It was easy, behavioral questions and some technical. The interviews I think consisted of like 3 people. I got around 4 interviews, and online assessments. I don't know what else to say. They will ask things close to what u applied for.
