Met them at a mock interview, they extended an offer for a real interview the following week. I interviewed with them that next week where they said they would be in contact within 2 weeks. Got an offer two weeks later and had two weeks to decide

Difficult,My interview experience was challenging yet insightful. The questions tested my technical and communication skills. I learned to stay confident, think clearly, and improve my problem-solving abilities for future opportunities.
Asked behavioral questions about teamwork and technical projects, and John Deere values as listed on website. Two interviewers asking me questions, business formal. Interview lasted about 20 to 30 mins.
