I had an amazing experience interviewing with John Deere. They made me feel welcomed and respected during the interview call and although I did not get the position, they called me afterwards to let me know how much they liked me as a candidate. I’m so grateful for the experience and would definitely interview for another position here in the future.

Recruitment team reached out for an interview. We setup a date and time. No instructions were given about the nature of interview or the fact that I'll have to present a project/ case study. Two senior researchers took the interview and talked themselves most of the time. They gave a brief presentation about the nature of UXR work they do. Asked me to present a project in the last 15 minutes, about which no instructions were given. I reached out to them about 10 days later enquiring about a decision. Got no replies. It's been around 2 months since and still no replies. Very unprofessional.
