I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at John Deere (Cleveland, OH) in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview process took place in a minority conference. After having a conversation with one of the reps there I was offered an interview. The rep was mainly concerned with location and if I was ok with relocating to the Midwest. The interview itself was with a panel of an Engineer and an HR representative, they mostly asked STAR based questions and really wanted to get to know your personality. Personality is a big deal for this company, they are looking for down to earth humble people so that they can fit in to the workplace.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at John Deere (Moline, IL) in Oct 2017
Interview
It was very laid back, not too stressful. They tried to make you feel comfortable and did not ask any questions that could be perceived as difficult. It is cool to go to Moline to have a tour and have the final round of interviews.
