A panel of three employees was present during interview. A quick review of my past employers and duties/responsibilities, then a barrage of behavioral questions all revolving around "Give us an example of a time when ...." along the topics of communication, achieving goals, and reacting to failed objectives.

Give us an example of: a time when you failed to meet a goal, a time when communication was critical, a time when you disagreed with your boss, a time when you were in a leadership position, etc.
