There was a group stage during which we were required to choose teams and then complete problem solving tasks which obviously were meant to demonstrate where you naturally fall in a group. There was then a one-on-one task followed by a phone call

Ice-breakers and further problem solving tasks that required leadership skills to be demonstrated
Group interview - asked situational questions about hypothetical customers. It was aimed mainly at sales/customer service skills and identifying customer needs. Lasted about 45 minutes and they were prompt with offers.

We were given a fake customer shopping for something and asked how we could best support them - there were about 5 cases.

Group interview with multiple candidates and assessors going over multiple situational awareness questions and customer services related questions and then being asked questions on our responses. Assessors were mainly department and shop managers

Easy going, group interview was more of a social interview to see how each other would respond to different scenarios and how best to deal with different proposals and real life situations. Full time role in Southampton West Quay Store.
