Group interview about how we would deal with tasks and challenges during a busy, disfuntional day. Then individual task choosing a product most suited to buyer's needs from a choice of tables and desk. None of the products completely suited the customers requirements. Had to explian choice.

We had to sit in groups of 5 around a table and there was a John Lewis worker at the table with us. We were given 4 scenarios and had 5 mins to write notes and then 15 to talk about it.
