Applied online, filling in CV information, then had to complete various tests - scenario based questions testing personality, skills and competency.
Once I passed this, I was offered the interview, for which I had to prepare a presentation based on John Lewis products.
Interview was a one to one with my potential line manager.

Easy process, in person interview with VM manager and after with a shop floor manager. During the interview there was some written VM scenarios. Around 20 ministers long, got back with a week

Had to do a 10 minute presentation displaying key trends in relation to JL and what their competitors are, then had to answer normal interview questions. Like why you want to work for the company and what you expect your day to day to look like
