I applied online & I had to complete an online on-the-job online assessment which took approx 30 minutes to complete. I was then telephoned the next day to explain I had processed to the next stage of the application process which was a group assessment. At the group assessment we had to complete a timed written assessment which they then marked followed by a 15 minute group discussion where our communication skills with the other people who were also being assessed. The entire interview process was very relaxed the people conducting the interview's were very friendly & I was made to feel welcomed and relaxed. Three weeks later I heard back I had been successful and offered the job!

A group interview where you are told to come up with ideas regarding events to engage customers during the seasonal period. Assessed based on how you interact with others rather than ideas you come up (still come up with good ideas to show you are putting in effort)
