I was reached out through email to complete a phone screen/Zoom meeting without cameras on. This is for a new-grad data scientist position. They described the role in detail and then asked me questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory
Interview
The interview was multiple rounds. Interviewed with three different teams to identify fit. Everyone was friendly. Interview questions focused on prior experiences and education, not trick questions. Would recommend others interview there too.
